Assoc. Prof. Dr Hasrina Mustafa (USM)
Vice President of MACE and a three-time FRGS recipient (2008, 2021, 2025). Dr Hasrina shared practical insights on crafting strong fundamental research proposals, articulating novelty, and ensuring solid theoretical alignment.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Muhamad Fazil Ahmad (UniSZA)
A three-time FRGS awardee (2018, 2021, 2024) and a rare PRGS recipient in the communication field (2025). Dr Fazil discussed strategies for developing prototype-ready research, ensuring feasibility, and aligning outputs with national priorities.

Secretary-General of MACE, Associate Professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia, and recipient of the Malaysia Research Star Award.
